If a student is a risk to themselves or others, call the University Police Department at 608-264-2677 or dial 911.

If a student is displaying behaviors (e.g., significant absences) that may interfere with their ability to be successful at the University, or is disrupting the learning of others, submit a Student of Concern Report.

*As a responsible employee, you are required by law to report first-hand knowledge or disclosures of sexual assault. When a victim of sexual assault discloses their experience to you, you must complete the campus incident reporting form.
