Submit your event

Submit your event for Wisconsin Welcome to be featured on this year’s Wisconsin Welcome app. Events must be submitted by August 14 for consideration.

Add your event to Today.Wisc.edu

Make sure to add your event to the today.wisc.edu calendar! Select “Submit An Event” in the top right, then under “Tags,” add #WiWelcome to ensure your event is featured on the Wisconsin Welcome landing page.

Badger Buddies

Become a Badger Buddy

Badger Buddies are enthusiastic campus leaders who support new students by helping with the move-in process and participating in Wisconsin Welcome events! This is a low-commitment, flexible two-week volunteer position.

Sponsor Badger Buddies

Local businesses can support Badger Buddies by donating items such as coupons, freebies, or premier prizes for our student volunteers. Sponsors will be featured on the Wisconsin Welcome app and in presentations to students.
